~CCCS wants to thank the 8th grade Families~

With Coburg waking up to a blustery morning, midday brought smiles at the Coburg Community Charter School with anticipation of the Staff Appreciation potluck.  The 8th grade families brought cheer into the school day of our teachers and administrative support team with a delicious spread of soups and salads and brightly colored tables with fresh flowers.  There were choices of creamy soups, chili, and tortellini.  Salads (both green and pasta) were plentiful with flavorful toppings such as mushrooms, hardboiled eggs, avocado, bacon, cheeses and more.  But that’s not all, several choices of bread and crackers along with butter and even brie awaited to delight the “luncher.”  Then, brownies anyone? Or how about some monster cookies? And gluten-free choices – so thoughtful and much appreciated.  What a wonderful way to welcome in the new school year.  The staff would like to extend their appreciation to the families of 8th grade families for such a scrumptious lunch.
