Charter schools receive less funding per student from the State School Fund than traditional public schools .   Charter schools also pay their sponsoring district a fee for administrative oversight.  Coburg Community Charter School has similar staffing, facility and program costs as traditional public school, but receives less income.

How do we overcome this?
We rely on the generosity of our parents, staff, board, alumni, community members and partners to meet our fiscal requirements. Fundraising typically contributes around $40,000 to the annual budget. Below are more details about how you can get involved in helping us achieve our goals!
